  I called to schedule an appointment around 1pm for a 7:00 apt that evening. I specifically asked the man on the phone if an appointment took precedence over walk ins. He assured me yes. As I walk in at 6:55 I notice only 2 employees working, both with clients. There is also a couple waiting to be seen. As 7:15 approached one employee told the couple he would be right with them. I hasked the couple if they had an apt and they said NO. I spoke up and said that I have a 7'oclock apt, and the employee stated ok. He was open 10 min later and took the couple that walked in before a scheduled appointment. 7:41 I was finally seen.
